Confirmations for Brush are posted. Event standings will be posted after each event at Brush and those in the top 15 in each event are eligible to enter the CJRA Finals. Entries are due by 6 p.m., Sunday August 1.

Congratulations to Hayden Segelke, IFYR Champion Goat Tyer, to Tab Hildreth, 4th in the Saddle Bronc Riding and to Ty Wallace, 6th in the Bull Riding. Several CJRA members did well, complete results will be posted when they become available.

Miller’s Landscaping Material and Feeds of Fort Morgan will sponsor a special Mutton Bustin’ event during the Morgan County Fair on July 31 following the CJRA rodeo. It will begin at the fairgrounds in Brush at 5 p.m.(in the indoor arena.) All children ages 4-8 are eligible to participate (70# weight limit.) The CJRA 2010 Champion Mutton Bustin’ saddle donated by the Miller’s will be awarded to the winner All participants will receive a prize. Entry fees are $20. Enter via the website by July 27 or call 970-380-1442 for more information. The Brush Young Farmers will be hosting a Truck and Tractor Pull at 7 p.m. the same evening. Make plans to attend!
